I didn't finish my post for last week, so I just combined it with this week. We had our first "Gilmore Store". The kids loved it. They didn't earn enough points to get any of the big things, but they still had fun. They actually did a lot better this week so they have a few more points. Last week Our Young Women had girls camp. I didn't stay the whole time though, I was able to sleep in my nice comfy, warm bed. We took the girls up tuesday then went back up for the day on friday. That wednesday our family went to the Sky Sox game. They played Salt Lake! It was funny to see everyone turn and look at us whenever we cheered for the "other" team. Unfortunately Colorado Springs won. This week has gone by pretty quickly. Nothing extremely exciting. Although Steve and I went out last night with NO kids! We went to dinner, it's amazing how nice it is to just sit down and eat and talk. After we went and saw the new Indiana Jones. We got there kinda early which was good because that place filled right up. I was suprised because the movie had been out for a while. It was fun. Today at church the kids were pretty good. This whole "Gilmore Store" and bribing them with points works great! Rylan gave the scripture in Sharing Time. 2 Nephi 12:2. He's so cute! We can't wait to go to Utah on Wednesday. We'll see you soon Mom and Dad!!!!!!!

It's the end of another long week. Yesterday we had a bar-b-q. It was nummy! I can't believe that it is that time of year. The kids love to be outside. One of their favorite things is swinging on the swings. Father's Day has been a good one. I hope that Steve agrees. I think that everyone loved his huge bag of peanut M&M's.

Mom, this is per your request. I think that it was May 3rd. It was so cold outside my camera wasn't letting me zoom correctly. It was something like 30 degrees. Poor kiddos. Ry is the one with long black pants with the two blue stripes down the side. It looks like the other team took the ball away, then he just swoops right in there. That's my baby!

Almost summertime

This is my first blog post. I'm very computer illiterate so I'm very suprised that I made it this far. But, living away from family I guess that it is a good idea to keep everyone updated.

Steve has finally come home from training in Mississippi. We missed him tons. The kids are on summerbreak, but are already bored. I think that I have some work for them to do. Katie has joined the Hannah Montana craze. She also loves animals and any kind of or crafts. Rylan loves soccor. I think that he, and his dad, would play it in their sleep if they could. He also likes Transformers and airplanes. Kylie is a little Rylan. She does whatever he does. She also loves Minnie Mouse. And Joshie is just a little sweetheart. He still has his red hair. I'm completely blown away by that little suprise. I love my family so much. They are the BEST!!!
